Threeriversurology Windows & Siding sits in the middle for one step only. We route your request to a provider who fits the job and the area.

What Happens When You Reach a Provider

Expect a short conversation first. The provider will likely ask:

• How many windows are involved. Two or more is the minimum for this service.
• Whether you want replacement. Repairs are not covered here.
• What type of home you have, such as a colonial, split-level, or rowhouse.
• What you are hoping to change, like drafts, noise, or looks.

Then the provider may offer a visit to measure and look at the openings. After that, you should get a written quote.

What to Ask a Provider

Bring a short list. Good questions include:

• Is the quote written, and what does it include?
• Which window or siding materials do you suggest, and why?
• Do you offer energy efficient windows, and what does that mean for my house?
• Who does the installation, and who cleans up?
• What is the schedule, and what could change it?
• What warranty comes from the manufacturer, and what comes from you?
• How do you handle surprises, like rot behind old trim?
