Grow Your Window and Siding Business

This page is for independent contractors. Threeriversurology Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners with providers. We do not hire installers as employees.

If you handle home window replacement or residential siding installation, you may be a fit for our network. Homeowners reach us when they are ready to talk. We route those requests to providers who work their area.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who:

• Replace windows in homes, not just repair them.
• Install siding, including vinyl siding, on residential properties.
• Serve Gaithersburg and the Gaithersburg area, or a part of it.
• Run their own business with their own crew.
• Are comfortable with two-window-or-more jobs.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their house. We expect providers to treat that seriously:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and town require. You are responsible for your own.
• Explain the job in plain words.
• Give written quotes.
• Be honest about timing and availability.
• Respect a homeowner who says no.

You set your own prices and terms. Threeriversurology Windows & Siding does not do the work and does not control how you do yours.

How the Model Works

Some qualified homeowner calls may be routed to your business. Referral fees may apply. We will share the details before you join, so nothing is a surprise. We do not promise a set number of calls.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@threeriversurology.lol. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve.
• Whether you do windows, siding, or both.
• Your license and insurance details, as required where you work.
• The easiest way to reach you.

We will read it and reply if there is a fit.
